The Old Milking Parlour at Cavokay House will only hold data that relate to a client’s particular booking of the venue and absolutely no other information will be stored.

 

These data – electronic or written – are secret, sacrosanct and will never be passed to any other person, organisation or business.

 

These data – electronic or written – may be inspected by the client at any time.

 

These data – electronic or written - will be immediately destroyed if the client so demands.

 

These data will only be used to communicate with the client in particular regard to their booking of the venue. We will never communicate with the client unless the matter directly relates to their booking of the venue or the detail thereof.

 

The client’s data held by us will never be used for marketing, advertising or other promotional matters by us or any other person, organisation or business.

 

The only exception to the sharing of a client’s data will be when a demand to see these data is made by a legally constituted body such as the Police, HMRC, NHS or similar. We will never share a client’s information unless we are

certain that this is required by law.

 

At the client’s event at The Old Milking Parlour at Cavokay House, we will always ask if we may take photographs and will only do so with the client’s permission. Further to this, we will always ask the client’s permission to use such photographs in our advertising, social media or other publicity material. If this permission is not forthcoming or is later rescinded, we will destroy our database of these photograph.
